1. Project agreement

Each production is governed by a written contract, accepted proposal or order confirming scope, schedule, budget, approvals, deliverables and rights.

2. Client representative

The client appoints the person authorised to approve production stages, content and changes. Approvals provided by that person are treated as binding for the project.

3. Changes

Changes outside the agreed scope may affect price and schedule and require written approval.

4. Client materials and permissions

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials, trademarks, instructions and permissions supplied by the client may lawfully be used.

5. Production schedule

Schedules depend on timely approvals, access, participant availability, locations, permits, client materials and third-party services.

6. Delivery

Deliverables, formats and storage periods are defined in the project agreement. Source files and raw footage are included only when expressly agreed.

7. Rights and portfolio use

Copyright, licences, usage territories, duration and portfolio permissions are defined in the project agreement. No public portfolio use is assumed where confidentiality or rights restrictions apply.

8. Cancellation and force majeure

Cancellation fees, postponement costs and force-majeure consequences are governed by the project agreement and applicable law.
