ARU Television OÜ is an Estonia-based international audiovisual production company established on 12 June 2009. The company develops and delivers creative and technical projects in Estonia, across the European Union, Kazakhstan, Central Asia and the United States.
Our work serves businesses, nonprofit organisations, public institutions, foundations and donors, cultural organisations, media companies, artists and musicians, technology companies and Web3 projects.
Projects can be developed in English, Estonian and Russian. Depending on the assignment, ARU Television works independently or coordinates specialised local and international production teams.

From 2009 to 2021, ARU Television OÜ served as the production company for ARU TV, an international online television project creating analytical, cultural and public-affairs programming.
ARU TV reached audiences in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Central Asia and Russian-speaking diaspora communities in Europe and the United States. The project collaborated with recognised experts and cultural figures, including Artemy Troitsky, Arkady Moshes and Roman Kachanov.
Many productions are created under contractual confidentiality, security or rights restrictions. Public project titles, client names and production frames are therefore not displayed on this website. Relevant examples may be shared directly during project discussions where permissions allow.
